for Nutritionist and Consulting Services

1. Services Provided

Navitas Natura Ltd. (https://navitasnatura.co.uk) provides personalized nutrition and consulting services, including but not limited to:

•Individualized nutrition advice.

•Support for medically diagnosed conditions through nutritional programs.

•Consultation on lifestyle, environmental factors, and test results to restore and maintain health.

•Continuous support and follow-up consultations to ensure optimal progress in health.

The services offered are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers for any medical concerns.

2. Client Responsibilities

Full Disclosure: Clients are required to provide full and accurate medical information, including any diagnosis, prescription medications, supplements, or treatments that may impact their nutritional program.

Program Adherence: Clients agree to follow the customized nutritional program and recommendations provided by Navitas Natura Ltd., adhering to the time frames discussed during consultations.

Communication: It is the client’s responsibility to notify Navitas Natura Ltd. of any changes to their medical condition, new treatments, or surgeries during the course of their program.

Consulting Your GP: Clients must inform their general practitioner (GP) about any dietary or nutritional changes suggested by Navitas Natura Ltd.

3. Appointments and Follow-ups

Initial Consultation: The first consultation typically lasts 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments will be recommended depending on the complexity of your condition and usually last 30-45 minutes.

Follow-up Frequency: Follow-ups are generally scheduled every 4-12 weeks, based on the client’s progress and medical condition.

Missed or Cancelled Appointments: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments canceled after this period may incur full session charges.

Online Services: Services will be provided online during scheduled appointments via screen sharing and/or face-to-face consultation. In the event of internet issues or technical difficulties, Navitas Natura Ltd. does not take responsibility, and there is no money-back guarantee for such issues.

4. Payment Terms

Payment: All fees for consultations and services must be paid within 48 hours of booking an appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made through the provided payment methods.

Refunds: Refunds for services are not offered unless canceled within the appropriate notice period (24 hours prior to the appointment).

Failure to Pay: Non-payment within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in the cancellation of future appointments and services.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Navitas Natura Ltd. will maintain the confidentiality of all personal and medical information shared during consultations, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable privacy laws. Your information will only be used to develop your personalized nutrition plan and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

No Guarantee of Results: While every effort is made to design an effective nutritional program tailored to individual needs, Navitas Natura Ltd. does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Success depends on various factors, including client compliance with the program.

Non-Medical Advice: All advice and services provided by Navitas Natura Ltd. are complementary to medical care. Clients must consult with their healthcare providers for any health concerns, especially those that involve medical diagnoses or treatments. Navitas Natura Ltd. is not responsible for any complications arising from non-compliance with medical advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, written plans, and consultations provided by Navitas Natura Ltd. are the company’s intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without the written consent of Navitas Natura Ltd..

8. Consultation for Non-UK Clients

Clients outside of the UK acknowledge that Navitas Natura Ltd. is operating under UK regulations. All advice and consultations are based on UK legal and health guidelines, and non-UK clients agree to adhere to these standards when utilizing services.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

10. Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment or using the services provided by Navitas Natura Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
